We operate on an 'as required' half-hourly basis with no call out fee and no minimum number of hours. There are no hidden extras, and no contract to sign. Our Service Level Agreement clearly states what you can expect to receive from us, and there is no responsibility on your part. If you are not satisfied with the service we provide, you are under no obligation to continue working with us.
Target Market
Our service is targeted at small to medium sized companies, ranging from one to fifty computers at any single site.
This is so we can build a good rapport with our customers and provide a personalised service which meets specific business requirements.
You may not have a formal IT support structure at the moment.
Our aim is to provide you with this formalised service which gives you the flexibility to manage your IT environment as you wish, and manage your spend at the same time.

We implement universally supported industry standard solutions, ensuring adaptability should your IT needs change in the future.
Coverage
We provide on-site support primarily to the Greater London area.
Additionally, remote support can be provided to areas outside of this remit, including non-UK sites.
Advice can be given on how to achieve this, without incurring significant IT spend.
